Andrew’s career spans local government town planning, private-sector property valuation, and two decades as a Director at Saunders & Staniforth Valuers before establishing Saunders Property. This background gives him a comprehensive understanding of land use, regional markets, development controls, and the factors that shape both the value and potential of property.
He holds a Bachelor of Urban and Regional Planning (UNE) and an Associate Diploma in Business (Valuation), and is an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI). His broad, dual-discipline expertise enables fully informed guidance for residential, rural, agricultural, commercial and industrial properties.
