I’m a registered valuer and town planner with over 30 years’ combined experience in property valuation and planning across Central West New South Wales. Since founding Saunders Property in 2022, I’ve built the practice on a simple principle: deliver high-quality, tailored property valuation and town-planning advice — grounded in local insight, deep experience, and a commitment to integrity.

My Journey & Credentials

  • Urban & Regional Planning degree from University of New England (UNE), class of 1992.

  • Associate Diploma in Business (Valuation) — preparing me for professional valuation practice.

  • Registered Valuer (NSW, No. 69154 – without limitation) and proud Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (API). 

  • More than three decades of combined planning and valuation experience, including ten years in local government town-planning roles before moving into property valuation and consulting. 

Before launching Saunders Property, I served as a Director at Saunders & Staniforth Valuers from 2004–2022, after gaining earlier industry experience with other established firms since 2001. This background gives me a broad — and rare — dual-perspective: I understand both the regulatory, planning side of property development and the technical, market-based side of valuations. That means I’m well placed to offer holistic advice to landowners, developers, banks, legal professionals, and other stakeholders.
