Prior to launching Saunders Property in 2022, Andrew was a Director of Saunders & Staniforth Valuers (2004 – 2022) Andrew gained his initial experience in the valuation and town planning industry in Central Western New South Wales for an established firm since 2001. 

 

Andrew has extensive town planning experience graduating from The University of New England in 1992 and undertaking ten years experience in local government town planning prior to his switch to valuation and property services. Andrew’s experience in both town planning and valuation was an integral part of previous work providing a wide range of property related services for a range of clients including developers and lenders.

Registered Valuer No. 69154 in New South Wales (without limitation)

Associate of the Australian Property Institute
